The “Nobody's Perfect” project was a comprehensive study conducted by Hydrocell to assess the feasibility of transitioning a diesel-powered vessel to hydrogen propulsion. Through extensive data collection during the ship's operation, we gathered critical performance metrics, including fuel consumption, speed, engine load, energy usage, operational conditions, and inertial data. This real-world operational profile formed the foundation for creating an accurate computer simulation of the vessel’s performance.

The main objective was to determine if it was possible to convert the boat from diesel to hydrogen propulsion and identify the necessary requirements for such a transformation. The insights gained from the data were instrumental in optimizing our simulation software and developing a custom hydrogen powertrain solution tailored to the vessel's specific needs.
